Apple Health access
Open the Apple Health app or iOS Settings and select GemStep under app access to review or disable step-count permission. Disabling access stops future HealthKit reads but does not automatically erase crystal progress already stored on your device.
Optional analytics
In GemStep, open Settings → Privacy → Share Analytics. Analytics is off on a new installation. Turning it off opts the device out of future Mixpanel events. To request deletion of analytics previously sent with consent, email support@gemsteps.com.
Gem Credits account
Open Settings → Invite & Gem Credits and use the account-deletion control. This revokes the device’s rewards access, removes the optional Sign in with Apple recovery binding, and deactivates the account. Limited anonymous ledger and anti-fraud records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
Local app data and exports
Delete local content where the app offers that control, or delete GemStep from your device to remove its local database. Backups, images, and videos you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be removed there separately.
Privacy request
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or another privacy request, email support@gemsteps.com. Include the request type and, if the request concerns analytics, your GemStep installation identifier if available. Do not email raw Health exports, purchase receipts, or backup files unless support specifically asks for a safe diagnostic item.
